Experience Change with Life Development Center for Adolescents

Your Well-Being Is in Good Hands

Is your teenager struggling with issues related to depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, addiction, or major life changes? There comes a time when help is needed from a professional to cope with many of life’s challenges. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor located on the Westbank in Jefferson Parish and I am here to support you and your adolescent on the journey toward healing and self-discovery.

This practice seeks to provide counseling services, intervention programs, and community resources to tweens (ages 11-12) and adolescents (ages 13-24) and their families.  I understand the unique difficulties that many adolescents face and I strive to help these individuals obtain balance in their daily lives.  This counseling service endeavors to enhance the lives of young people in our community by supporting healthy life choices and positive decision-making skills.

The Life Development Center for Adolescents will work diligently to improve the lives of adolescents and their families.  I believe in equipping individuals with the necessary skills     to manage their daily lives.  This organization will operate in fairness and will be based on equality without regard to race, ethnicity, religion, gender, disability, or socioeconomic background.  I fervently seek to provide the best care to meet the needs of a diverse population.

Viewing life from a positive perspective can often be difficult for the adolescent in today's world. We seek to provide teenagers with realistic, attainable expectations despite certain barriers or disadvantages. We will work as a team to establish and accomplish goals that will be suitable for your unique circumstances.
